the location was CENTRAL to many places i wanted to see.
the menu was awful, and the food served was not good. there was not much variety, and it DIDN'T cater for kids. the food tasted like nothing, and the chips seemed like frozen chips, awful for a hotel.

the location was acceptable. i found it reasonably convenient for accessing various parts of the city.
The noise insulation proved inadequate. Sounds from adjacent rooms and the hallway often disturbed my sleep. the breakfast service started late on weekends. i found this problematic as i had an early departure and missed the meal i had paid for. furthermore, the lack of communication about this schedule change was unacceptable.
